Originally from Tennessee and now based in West Virginia, Nick Lennox has over a decade of experience leading more than 20 political campaigns across the country. He managed Adam Hinds’ statewide bid, served twice as campaign manager for State Senator Jason Lewis, and led Kevin Hayden’s successful District Attorney race in Boston. With a Master’s in Political Theory and extensive experience, Nick is recognized for his ability to navigate difficult political landscapes and build scalable campaign systems that strengthening grassroots operations, and create sustainable infrastructure that drives both immediate wins and long-term success. As a former collegiate All-American, semi-professional football player, and avid traveler, he brings discipline, curiosity, and team building to every campaign he takes on.

Sara Axson is an experienced political organizer who serves as temost recently served as Campaign Manager for Ruthzee Louijeune in Boston. She previously directed statewide operations as State Director for The Blue Lab at the New Hampshire Democratic Party and held a key role as Regional Field Director on Governor Maura Healey’s campaign. Sara got her start as an intern with Kennedy for MA, sparking a career that has spanned municipal, statewide, and congressional races. Over the past five years, she has developed expertise in staff management, volunteer training, field strategy, and voter engagement, with a strong background in NGP VAN, event planning, and grassroots organizing. Outside of politics, she enjoys exploring Boston, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ty McEachern is a consummate communications professional with over a decade of experience in communications and campaign management across local, state, and national races. Starting in his hometown of North Andover, MA, he worked on campaigns for Rep. Seth Moulton and State Reps. Christina Minicucci and Tram Nguyen. He later served as Communications Coordinator for the NC House Democratic Caucus, Traveling Press Secretary for Sen. Jeff Jackson’s U.S. Senate campaign, and Press Secretary for Sen. Richard Blumenthal. Most recently, Ty was Press Secretary for Sen. Jeanne Shaheen and Communications Director for the New Hampshire Democratic Party.

Jazzy , MS, MS, CMPC, ATC, CSCS, is a Mental Performance Coach at the University of Louisville, and also serves as a Student Success Manager at Dominican University of California. Previously, she worked with military service members, delivering programs to strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, a Master of Science in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology, and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cuisines, reading, and spending time outdoors with her pup, Rowdy.

Chelsea is a knowledge management expert with over five years of experience helping teams stay organized, efficient, and focused. She specializes in structuring information, building taxonomies, and improving access to critical data and documentation, supporting faster decision-making and smoother operations. Chelsea earned her Master’s in Library and Information Sciences, focusing on how knowledge is created, managed, and shared—training that informs her work building information-driven campaigns. A successful collegiate volleyball player, she brings resilience, teamwork, and competitive drive to strategy. With extensive hands-on campaign experience, Chelsea delivers tools that help campaigns run smarter, not harder. At home, she enjoys spending time her famously one-eyed cat, Billie Eyeless.
