Originally from Tennessee and now based in West Virginia, Nick Lennox has over a decade of experience leading political campaigns across the country. He has managed more than 20 campaigns, including Adam Hinds’ statewide bid, two State Senate campaigns for Jason Lewis, and Kevin Hayden’s successful race for Boston District Attorney. In West Virginia, he helped rebuild the Democratic Party in Randolph County, earning Democrat of the Year honors in 2025, and managed the House Delegate District 67 campaign, which achieved the largest Democratic performance gain in the state during the last election cycle. With a Master’s in Political Theory, Nick is known for building strong grassroots organizations, developing scalable campaign systems, and succeeding in challenging political environments. A former collegiate All-American and semi-professional football player, he brings discipline, teamwork, and strategic leadership to every campaign.

Chelsea is a knowledge & operations expert with over five years of experience helping teams stay organized, efficient, and focused. She specializes in structuring information, building taxonomies, and improving access to critical data and documentation, supporting faster decision-making and smoother operations. Chelsea earned her Master’s in Library and Information Sciences, focusing on how knowledge is created, managed, and shared—training that informs her work building information-driven campaigns. A successful collegiate volleyball player, she brings resilience, teamwork, and competitive drive to strategy. With extensive hands-on campaign experience, Chelsea delivers tools that help campaigns run smarter, not harder. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her one-eyed cat, Billie Eyeless.

A Vermont native who now makes his home in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, Kevin specializes in helping candidates and advocacy groups build out their best practices for communications strategy and fundraising. Kevin began his career as a Creative Executive and manager in film and television production before tours of duty on a variety of political campaigns in both Nevada and West Virginia. As the Director of Communications and Development for the nonprofit group Advocates for Minor Leaguers, Kevin was the architect of a dynamic media strategy which led to the historic unionization of Minor League baseball players in 2023, and spent the last 4 years working in communications for the Major League Baseball Players Association. He holds a B.S. from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, an M.A. in Government from the Johns Hopkins University, and is never, ever sick at sea.

Jazzy , MS, MS, CMPC, ATC, CSCS, is a Mental Performance Coach at the University of Louisville. Previously, she worked with military service members, delivering programs to strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, a Master of Science in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology, and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cuisines, reading, and spending time outdoors with her pup, Rowdy.
